Recording
We’ve been providing first-rate recording services in the Lehigh Valley since 1990 and offer our clients a relaxed, comfortable environment in which to be creative and capture their musical ideas. All recording spaces are purpose-built with hardwood floors and feature high quality acoustic treatments by GIK Acoustics. Our mic locker is stocked with an impressive collection of rare and limited edition, high-end microphones…some of which were custom made specifically for the studio. Over the years, the studio has evolved into an inspiring work space where every link in the recording chain has been handpicked to deliver exceptional sonics and audio fidelity.
Programming
Singer/songwriters and musicians in need of accompaniment, look no further. We specialize in MIDI programming and can create custom tracks that enhance your song’s arrangement. Utilizing all the latest virtual instruments, we can craft realistic parts for any instrument…no matter how common or exotic. From simple beats to lush orchestration, we fashion backing tracks in any style which will be skillfully performed with groove, feel, and dynamics to match the emotion of your music. Contact the studio for more information on how we can help take your song to the next level.
Mixing
While many studios are following the trend of mixing entirely inside the computer, we maintain an uncompromising approach to music production. Therefore, the centerpiece of our studio is a modular, 40-channel analog Neve console that features multiple custom transformers, a class-A mix buss, and variable “Silk” modes. The sound of Rupert Neve Designs is legendary and imparts a classic tone heard on countless recordings. Additionally, we offer a select lineup of world-class outboard gear, state-of-the-art A/D conversion, an acoustically-treated control room, as well as an extensive variety of plug-ins, and an audio engineer with 25 years of industry experience.
Mastering
Mastering is a crucial gateway between production and consumption and, as such, it involves technical knowledge as well as specific aesthetics. In this phase, your audio recording is balanced, equalized, and enhanced so your finished product will be both more musical and more competitive in the marketplace. While we typically encourage our artists to seek out dedicated mastering houses and engineers, we have the ability to perform basic mastering services for our clients at an affordable rate.
